First Selectman Dan Carter and Bill Hagan, president of the Bethel Patriotic Association, hold a sample banner that will be used for display.

 

Bethel Hometown Heroes Banner Program Adviser Lee Teicholz hands a check to Bethel Patriotic Association President Bill Hagan for the profits from the banner sales. The $2715.00 will benefit the Bethel Memorial Day Parade. Standing with Lee and Bill is Bethel First Selectman Dan Carter.

     

 

On April 10, 2025, Bethel Public Works Department employees began installing the first banners on School Street.

 

Twenty-three US flags compliment the banners on School Street. Thank you First Selectman Dan Carter and Retired US Navy Commander Andrew Ipkovich (Bethel Navy JROTC).
